Should I be there?
The client is invited to be at the inspection and, if desired, he/she may accompany the inspector throughout the inspection. The inspector will acquaint you, the client, with the condition (strength and weakness) of the property. By observing the inspection you will feel confident in the inspection and the inspector after the job is completed.
How long does the inspection take?
The average inspection will take between two and three hours.  If you desire a report at the finish of the inspection, up to one additional hour is needed to prepare the report.
About the Report?
A CD will be provided to you with digital photos of your inspection. 
Reviewed with inspector on site. 
Photos displayed for you on the laptop during inspection. 
Exceeds ASHI standards. 
Approximately 15 pages, typed into pre-formatted form.
